Our Commitment to Your Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. You should be aware that any online communication may not be fully confidential and that federal postal regulations do not protect electronic mail.

Acceptance of Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions Please read our Privacy Policy in its entirety. By using our website, you are consenting to the practices described in this statement. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of this website.

Secure Server Transactions All transactions are conducted through the use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. We also take additional security precautions to protect the customer data we collect against unauthorized access. However, we cannot guarantee that these measures will always safeguard information transferred over the Internet between your computer and ours.

Information We Collect and Use All information collected from users on the website is on a voluntary basis only. We collect only the necessary information needed, such as unit location, your name, address, phone number to contact you, and unit number.

Disclosure of Information to Outside Parties We reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymous data about our users as a group for any business purpose, such as analyzing website activity to determine online marketing strategies. Such information includes identifying the date and time of your visit, the duration of time spent on specific pages within this website, and the browser and operating system you are using. This information is strictly anonymous and contains no personally identifying information about you or any of our website users. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Changes to Privacy Policy We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. We will also revise the "Last Updated" date located at the top of this statement. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to your access to and use of this website and do not alter in any way the terms and conditions or any other agreement you may have with us regarding our products or services. Your continued use of this website indicates your acceptance of these changes.

Return/Cancellation Policy All payments are final.

Refund Policy Storage unit rental payments are due at the 1st of each month.  No statement will be sent unless you are over five days late.  There is a $5.00 late fee for payments not paid by the 5th of the month and $1.00 per day there after.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

If we have not received your payment by the 15th of the month, your storage unit will be locked.  The balance on your account must be paid IN FULL in order for the lock to be removed.

If you are over 45 days late on paying your fee, you will be sent a certified letter and a letter sent by regular mail advising you of your past due balance.  You will have 10 days after receipt of this letter to make full payment on your account.  If no payment is made, a notice will be placed in the local newspaper and an auction of the contents in your unit will be sold to pay all legal and rental fees.

Apartment rentals are due at the 1st of each month. If not paid by the 5th day of each month, a late charge of $25.00 will be added and a charge of $5.00 per day after the 5th day of the month will be added as part of the rent.

In order for your deposit to be returned for storage units:

  • All items must be removed from the unit.
  • Storage units must be swept.
  • Storage gate card, if applicable, must be returned. (One card is given to you when the contract is signed, there will be a $10.00 charge for all additional or lost cards)

In order for your deposit to be returned for apartment units:

  • Full term of the Lease has expired.
  • A full calendar month written notice was given prior to leaving the apartment.
  • No damage to property beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Entire apartment including range, bathroom, closets, and cupboards are clean.
  • The fixed cleaning prices for the items listed below will be withheld from your security deposit if any item has not been cleaned before you leave: refrigerator $15.00; kitchen range $20.00; kitchen cabinets $20.00; bathroom $20.00; walls $50.00; front door $25.00; carpets $15.00; remove trash or unwanted materials $20.00; A/C and heater filter $2.00; floors $10.00; closets $5.00.
  • No stickers, scratches or holes in the walls.  Eight small nail holes permitted.
  • No indentions or scratches in wood or resilient floors caused by furniture.
  • No unpaid late charges or contraband- or delinquent rent.
  • All keys returned.
  • All debris placed in rubbish containers.
  • Forwarding address left with management.  Security deposit check will be mailed to the forwarding address.  The check is addressed jointly to all persons who signed on Lease, regardless of whose money it is.

Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in a nonrefundable deposit.
